About Frontline Associates Training Centre

Frontline Associates Training Centre (FATC) is a Canadian training organisation that advances the craft of frontline negotiation through AI-supported analysis, professional tools, and structured learning. FATC works at the intersection of negotiation practice and artificial intelligence, helping individuals, teams, and institutions use new analytical tools without surrendering professional judgement, responsibility, or control.

This website introduces that work in one place. It presents the FATC Negotiation Coach, an AI-supported environment for preparing, analysing, and rehearsing negotiations, and it gathers the centre's learning opportunities, professional services, and research activities: micro-courses, the FATC Learning Cycle, the AI Negotiation Lab, executive education, advisory services, and research partnerships. Visitors can also follow the AI Negotiation Challenge and the practitioner Forum.

FATC's programmes are designed for practitioners and professionals who negotiate in complex and high-stakes settings, including humanitarian, political, institutional, and commercial environments. Individual learners come to sharpen their negotiation capabilities and to integrate AI into their own preparation. Institutions, from public bodies to universities and professional organisations, work with FATC on executive education, tailored advisory support, and applied research.

The centre is built and run by Frontline Associates Training Centre Inc. Its team combines practitioners with frontline negotiation experience, trainers and researchers who develop and test negotiation methods, and academic partners who collaborate on negotiation learning and the responsible integration of AI. Every pathway on this site reflects that combination of field experience, proven methods, and academic collaboration.
